Geese, Billy and Yamazaki are the 3 new characters added via DLC and who should've been in the base game considering all of them were in KOFXIV. The first two character packs are included in the special edition, but this is still not an excuse to cut them out. That aside all 3 are a bit tricky to get used to because they are rather technical. All of them have a counter move, which could be tricky to execute, especially against the SNK input-reading AI. The story after you win the tournament is that Hein hired Yamazaki to rebel against Geese, but Geese expected that and the assassination attempt failed.
