In the video, which was was documented by PBS for an upcoming program on Fauci as part of its “American Masters,” the duo are confronted and scrutinized by a local man who refused to get the vaccine. The neighborhood Fauci and Bowser are in is historically African-American and Fauci describes it as “disenfranchised” and likely to have low vaccination levels. During the visit, a man who refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine challenged Fauci and Bowser by saying that “the people in America are not settled with the information that’s been given to us right now.'
