...I will talk to the Minister of the Interior about how we can ensure that in Germany there is no area where the police cannot guarantee the safety of the people and the population. This is about ensuring security on the ground and at the same time combating the causes of violence in society. This applies to all areas of society, but we have to accept that the number of crimes is particularly high among young immigrants. That is why the issue of integration is also closely linked to the issue of preventing violence in all areas of our society.

"Anschließend werde ich mich mit der Innenminister darüber unterhalten wie wir sicherstellen könnten, dass bei uns in Deutschland keinen Raum gibt in dem die Polizei nicht die Sicherheit der Menschen und die Bevölkerung garantieren kann. Hierbei geht es darum, Sicherheit vor Ort zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig die Ursachen von Gewalt in der Gesellschaft zu bekämpfen. Das gilt für alle Bereiche der Gesellschaft, aber wir müssen akzeptieren, dass die Zahl der Straftaten bei jugendlichen Migranten besonders hoch ist. Deshalb ist das Thema Integration eng verbunden auch mit der Frage die Gewaltprävention in aller Bereiche unsere Gesellschaft."
