THAT in view of the above, I move the APACHE JUNCTION MUNICIPAL COURT, Court No. 1149 dismiss all these Civil offers to contract via Complaint 111322000010152 issued by COMPLAINANT J. MUREL 387 on 12/06/2022---due to 1.) My status/identity not being that of a corporation, 2.) Standing---Am not a party to injury against another genuine physical entity, and 3.) Lack of Agency's true identity given to affiant and lack of contracts with the affiant. 4.) I have NOT signed over my Power-of-Attorney to the "State of" or corporation.
This is NOT a political or even a civil issue. It will remain a confused Mess**, unless understood to be NOT a government governing body but a corporatocracy. It is an economic contractual obligation of shareholders.
This is NOT a jurisdiction issue of 3-dimension physicality. It is all about 2-dimension economic contracts.

A corporation is NOT held ultimately accountable as it is a corporation/corporatocracy. A corporation cannot write a complaint. Only agents, actors & COMPLAINANTs pledged to said corporation can be liable for their actions. Presently, they are not being held liable and lawfully should be. Likewise, also no corporation can give an order to change, thus, as wired, the Mess will continue to get ever worse until total destruction is upon us all. Only a true accountable self-governing sovereign & RECORDED as such can make the move/motion to reseat/resettle an unincorporated People's government from that of a Corporatocracy!
