OOPS! In my haste and excitement, I accidentally misloaded the bar for one of my warmup reps. Unfortunately, you can not see it in the video. It was supposed to be 90 Kgs, so 35 Kgs on each side. However, I accidentally put on 32.5 Kgs on the right side, and 35 KGS ON THE LEFT (My weaker side, by the way). I did not realize it, until I unracked the bar, instead of putting it back, I thought "what the hell, and did it anyway." I was only filming to check my form, and wasn't intending to upload this, but I thought the situation ended up being funny, so here it is. Despite the big mistake, I am actually pleased with the performance! The speed was good, and more importantly, the bar remained straight all of the way through! Some unintended balance/stabilization training, today!
