This is an open letter to Steve Shives and Kristi Winters. It is a call reform behaviors that serve to divide and to extend an invitation to soften the tone of debate. I'm blocked by Steve despite my having never communicated with him, so I'm aware this will likely fall on deaf ears or that I may possibly receive unkind and/or harshly critical comments.

However in life, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Sometimes these types of efforts are for the writer, and others who may view it, than a realistic expectation of a reasonable response or even expect one at all.

Before commenting, please consider that I am well aware of what I am doing and that I am not naive nor deluded. I've owned up to making similar mistakes, I've been there, done that. I know what they're about. Instead of just ripping into them for laughs, I'm trying to be the change I want to see in the world.

There's a place for every voice and perspective on YouTube, mine may resonate with some and effect interactions with others for the better. Remember, there's a need for carriers of varied styles of approach and presentation. This is not a black and white, one size fits all world.
