This track uses vocal samples. In case you have trouble making out the words, here they are (all taken from members' diaries from the 1912 expedition):
"Captain Scott is now laying in this tent with a frozen foot. I'm afraid he'll never walk again. If the wind drops, Birdy and I are going to try to reach the next depot and return.
"We have come together 1,800 miles and are now only eleven miles from stores in plenty.
"God knows I'm sorry to be the cause of such sorrow to anyone in the world, but everyone must die.
"Among ourselves we are unendingly cheerful, but what each man feels in his heart I can only guess.
"I'm just going outside. I may be away some time.
"Had we lived I should have had a tale to tell of the hardihood, endurance and courage of my companions which would stirred the heart of every Englishman.
"Seems a pity, but I don't think I can write more. These rough notes and our dead bodies must tell the tale.
"All is for the best to those who love God.
"All is well, all is well."
The track was written using Akai sampled cello and bass; the classic Symphony of Voices set and several ensembles from Reaktor by Native Instruments.
This is the original mix from my first album. On the CD the vocal track was omitted and the track titled "Worlds Beyond Number", but here is the original full version as it was intended. All is explained on my Patreon page (as well as a 320K MP3 download). This track is not available anywhere else commercially.
