Our video is directly on Mandalay Bay, but you can’t see any muzzle flashes. Category Sports , License Standard YouTube License uploaders pinned comment = If you weren’t there, you wouldn’t understand. If you weren’t shot or didn’t see someone next to you get shot, we had no clue what was happening. It did not sound like gun shots at the time. Even many cops and retired military didn’t recognize the sound at first because of the echo and speakers. I’m blessed to be alive and my goal was to get my wife out of there. She had no idea that people near us were getting murdered. Horrible, life-changing situation. So shut your fucking mouths unless you were there. Trolls.

This is one of the 2 videos my wife recorded as bullets flew. You’re hearing the 2nd volley of automatic gunfire, followed by single-round sniper shots. We had just ran from in front of VIP around to hide behind the elevated suites, next to a BBQ stand. We were completely confused by the sound and didn’t recognize it as gunshots until the 4th volley. Before we ran to this point, we saw everyone going to the ground near us, but we had no idea they were being shot at. Her camera is right on Mandalay but we had no idea that was where the shots were coming from. It sounded like an electrical problem. Some of our friends who we’re yelling to in this video are hero firemen who ran back into the war zone to aid the wounded. One of them was shot while administering CPR. He was just grazed. Thank God he’s ok.
