1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Orange
1 tablespoons low sodium low soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
pinch of crushed red chilli flakes
Skin off salmon fillets
Salt and pepper to season
