This goes back to the French Yellow Vests in 2018 when Antifa would break windows and security forces would use brutal force upon french citizens who were peacefully protesting. Not long after Macron sanctioned the indefinite use lf high velocity rubber bullets using the rounds on the French Citizens saying that he would stop using rubber rounds when the government supply would run out. Antifa would remain unscathed as they worked alongside and in tandem with the french riot police.
