How This Common Mom Guilt Advice Isn't Helpful
Oh, it's fine. Don't worry about it! You're fine! You're doing the best you can. You're just surviving right now. You're doing better than a lot of moms. You have enough already.
If you are a mom, it's highly likely you've received this kind of encouragement and advice. While there is a time and place for those words, I'm sharing why I believe this common advice is well meaning but not actually helpful and what I believe is a more empowering approach to mom guilt.
