VAERS update 5 Nov 2021 - > 26 million adverse events using URF of 31

UPDATED VAERS stats: 856,919 total events and 18,078 deaths. Multiply by Dr. Jessica Rose’s URF (Under-Reporting Factor) of 31, and there have been over 26 million adverse events with over 560,000 deaths.
