✅ Tabata: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeat 8 rounds
✅ Fight Gone Bad 1: 5 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest, repeat 5 rounds
✅ Fight Gone Bad 2: 5 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest, repeat 3 rounds

You can also add and save up to 10 of your own intervals:

✅ EMOM: Set up the timer to beep every minute on the minute (EMOM)
✅ Custom intervals: Set custom intervals, rest periods, and rounds/sets
