I have no problem with him shooting the guy who struck him. If you are violent towards someone, you might get it back to the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th power ( depending on the amount of shots fired ). However they put this poor dude in jail for murder and are holding him without bond witch makes sense because he is not a cop. A cop could pull this off no problem. Here is the story. A dispute in a bar led to a fatal shooting in Manchester, New Hampshire, this weekend, the attorney general’s office said. ( Blue liberal retard state so he is already screwed ).
Manchester police found Timothy Pouliot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds shortly before 12:50 a.m. Saturday outside of The Goat ( Goat? Seriously? ) Bar and Grill on Old Granite Street. The 24-year-old was later pronounced dead at the scene. ( A hail of bullets will do that ).
An autopsy performed Sunday determined Pouliot died from multiple gunshot wounds; his death was ruled a homicide. ( So what, even when the fake police kill someone its a homicide )
John Delee, a 22-year-old man from Salem, NH, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and reckless conduct. ( Why because he did not want to be beaten to death by 3 or more ? That is pretty reckless). According to the district attorney, investigators believe an argument inside the bar spilled into a confrontation outside the business, at which point Delee allegedly shot Pouliot multiple times. ( So the 3 followed him out of the bar to beat him up and one of them got their ass shot off. Don't you like how they conveniently leave out the part about one sucker punching him in the face? )
Delee is currently being held without bail. He's scheduled to be arraigned at 11 a.m. Monday in Hillsborough Superior Court-Northern District. It wasn't immediately known if he had obtained an attorney. ( Self defense in a blue libtard state. Liberalism is a mental disease )
