Figure Note:
Stop-Motion Transformation of MMC Reformatted R-13 Spartan. This figure was loaned to me by fakter1. See more of this collection: follow @teletraan1ne on Instagram. Such a fun figure. I like how the treads form the lower legs and the overall aesthetic of the figure. Big fan of MMC.
Support Note:
If you like my work send me a tip via Paypal (paypal.me/peolesdru). Or hey - offer to loan me figures like fakter1 did. I take good care of them, but I definitely transform them several times, so keep that in mind.

Production Note: My first production using DragonFrame. Excellent program. Much better than my old program. You see, yesterday I went to get a jump on shooting Hanzo. I don’t usually shoot on Saturday but Hanzo is going to be a long shoot. Except I discover that Eclipse’s registration server is failing; throwing 500 errors. At that point I figured if I wanted to stop screwing around with the monthly cost for that I may as well get another program that I’d actually be able to use this weekend. So I picked up DragonFrame. It even comes with a USB keypad (pending in the mail) to help you capture the action a bit more ergonomically. It took about an hour to figure out, but it’s a great program. It has onion-skinning of course, but it also has a really easy toggle button that allows you to flick back and forth from the previous frame to the live view so you can see better what’s off on the alignment. Turns out it was set to produce JPG files instead of PNG files but you know what? The JPG files look just as good (same resolution) and are easier to manage. So I might leave it like that. It ended up being a nice break to shoot a figure with ONLY two modes.
Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using the Chrome plugin called "Frame by Frame for YouTube". It turns your , and . keyboard ..
