Special Report - While copwatching on 11/15/18 I noticed more unmarked patrol cars for Spokane PD. These vehicles are illegal under RCW 46.08.65. As always when I see a cop driving one I ask about its legality. This istance is not different. However this video is more about how the cop treats law abiding citizens. He didn't like me approaching him. Check out what ensued.
