**FAIR USE**
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham says for schools and childcare facilities to take children as young as three down the path of gender diversity is completely and utterly “age inappropriate”.
“It just shouldn’t be happening,” Mr Latham told Sky News host Alan Jones.
Mr Latham said parents need to be taking their children out of facilities and schools which push this kind of ideology and make sure they know the curriculum.
“This is age inappropriate and I regard it as completely wrong.”
