It's really simple, balance is key to successfully reaching out for wanting change .

My Tidbit: I've listened to a Jordan Peterson clip where he speaks of the Socratic Daemon. Socrates always listened to this Daemon or inner voice. The thing I found of interest was that this voice only warns you of what not to do. If you follow the voice - it would lean to a best potential for the future becoming a good present and reality as opposed to the results if opting against it and exercising freewill and choice.
