Now here's my side by side of the game running on the 360 and xbox one and as you can see even though the xbox one still gets hit with slowdown when at the top of the stairs it doesn't slow down as much as the 360 does.

The whole stairs …

The whole stairs section and even the sections before it run far better on the one because the 360 still loses some speed through out the whole chapter because of everything going on.

Now if you're wondering, yes the stairs does feel harder now that it doesn't lose speed like the 360 does since the enemies are coming at you very fast which means you need to be even more alert especially with the claw ninja tossing IS at you like candy.
