Bellingham Housing Market Update | July 2019 (in 60 Seconds)

The June RE/MAX Housing Report shows that home prices are still increasing. The average home price in Whatcom County this month is $425,000 whereas last June it was $395,000. This is an increase of around 7.6%.

As we start the month of July and the busy season is in full swing, we will continue to see more homes being listed with higher prices all over the county!
