Trump Melts Down After Homophobe James Woods Suspended From Twitter

James Woods, more famous these days for conservative online trolling than for his acting roles, was suspended from Twitter this week for posting a message that advocated violence.

“If you try to kill the King, you better not miss. #HangThemAll,” Woods recently tweeted in reference to the Special Counsel investigation of President Trump, according to Politico.

The actions of Twitter, as well as Facebook — which this week banned far-right figures like Alex Jones, Milo Yiannopoulos, and Louis Farrakhan for inciting hate — infuriated Trump. Many of the racists, anti-Semites, and transphobes who were banned are supporters of the president.

Trump tweeted several other times about the suspension or banning of conservatives from social media. Woods, for his part, has frequently targeted LGBTQ people in his tweets, attacking gay Apple CEO Tim Cook, the gay-themed film Call Me by Your Name, out CNN journalist Anderson Cooper, and once compared a trans child to a serial killer.
