AMD Hex Core Upgrade

Adding the R9 390 to this AMD Computer along with a stronger Power Supply & a Fan Kit
*Note the Fan Kit (Cool Moon) on my initial inspection seemed Good Quality, very thick Plastic (too thick for the Bering) so there is a slight Vibration but they were cheap 20-30$

Bellow are the Specs from running Heavens Benchmark with Score & Temps compared on mostly High Settings 1920x1080

Max FPS 56.7
Temps ??? (didn't have at the time, will update on this later) should be apx 75c as I recall

Max FPS 150.2
Temps 70-74c spikes to 76 occasionally (reached 94c before reseating the Heatsink with extra Paste & Washers)
