ATF Is Getting It Wrong, Breaking The Rules, And They Don't Plan To Stop!

Retired ATF Special Agent Dan O'Kelly tells the GunGuy that ATF has been calling gun parts "firearms" when they are not legally "firearms." For example: your AR15 lower is NOT a firearm. Neither is the frame of your semi-automatic handgun. Dan has proven it in court. Yet, ATF has been treating lower receivers and pistol frames as "firearms" for decades, nobody has stopped them, and they have no intention of stopping themselves.
