In this session, we are going to look at the last 3 Trumpets. The 5th, 6th, and 7th messengers sound the trumpets bringing forth the 3 woes!
The 3 woes will span from Revelation Chapter 9-11 with even more detail given in Chapters 12-14.
It will not be until Chapter 15 that we will read about the 7 bowls of wrath.
With the 1st Woe, we see the pit is opened and billows of smoke arise with an outpouring of locusts. The locusts have a ‘Pit Boss’ over them name Apollyon. They are not allowed to harm the trees or grass but can only torture, but not kill, those without the seal of Elohim for 5 months. Even though those people will desire to die…death will flee from them. We are reading about the war under the 5th Trumpet Judgment.
With the 2nd Woe, 1/3 of mankind is now killed, by fire, smoke, sulfur. This number would reach into the billions. With that amount of death, much disease will spread among those still living. It is also during this time that the 2 Witnesses will be prophesying for 1,260 days to receive the Covenant Confirming Gospel message of Yahusha HaMashiach. They can do great exploits as could Moses and Elijah.
With the 3rd Woe, “The reign of this world has become the reign of our Master, and of His Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever!” We read about the strong messenger in Revelation 10 that has the little book, or scroll, that is open. The scroll being open, means all 7 seals have been broken unlike the time of Ezekiel. Rev. 11:18 “And the nations were enraged, Psa_2:1 and Your wrath has come, and the time of the dead to be judged, and to give the reward to Your servants the prophets and to the set-apart ones, and to those who fear Your Name, small and great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.” The 7 bowls of wrath will follow.
In this session, we will also look at the parallels between crossing the Jordan and conquering Jericho with the first Exodus, to the fall of Babylon in the last 7 years of the Greater Exodus. Shalom in Him, Libby
