Another nice one funkwerks. This belgian white is surprisingly complex while not being overly complicated.
The ABV is 4.9, IBUS are less than 10 and the SRM is nice cloudy sun gold 12.
The initial hit comes in smooth w a light belgian punch with just a hint of the lemon citrus.
Next she gently fills the mouth coating the palate while the citrus slides from lemon into the orange for the medium fast middle. Finally she finishes off dry with the belgian yeast flavor hanging on for a bit
A nice summer brew altho it is a bit heavy for the 106 temp I was drinking it in.
