Completed Guardian Force by using (and frankly abusing) the Rewind functionality. I don't feel too bad about it given how many attacks are borderline unreactable the first time you face these bosses. The ending shows you some robot anime chick, but like the rest of this collection the game is not translated (aside from the credits for some bizarre reason), so I have no clue what the conclusion or the story in general is about. In any case this is one of the most fun shmups I've played and surprisingly the highlight of this Cotton collection. The bosses are fantastic and the control scheme is great. If you are a fan of the genre it's definitely worth a try. It may be even more fun with a friend by combining the advantages of the different weapons.
