Learn how to establish a strong foundation for standing yoga poses. Well developed root system helps a plant to grow strong and tall, I like to use this analogy in my yoga practice and daily life. The strength and confidence you build on your mat help to find stability and courage in your life, off the mat.
We begin with feet exercise to build a strong base for Mountain pose, Chair pose, Tree pose and Standing Forward Bend.
