12k pieds nus 🐾et en chest!, 10c, 6h30, Canal de Lachine.😁 Génial !!! Lundi 5 septembre, j'ai repris l'entraînement après une pause de trois semaines. Entre temps, j'ai fait un jeûne hydrique d'une semaine et j'ai perdu quelques kilos. Je pensais faire un simple 6 kilomètres en chaussures de plage, pour être progressif avec le refroidissement de la température. Mais non, j'ai enlevé mes chaussures et fait 12 km pieds nus ! Merveilleux. J'ai fait 3 minutes de course avec 45 secondes de marche, et mon pouls était de 140, un peu trop élevé pour une séance d'entraînement. Je vais ajuster mercredi prochain. Je vous aime tous 😍😍😍xxxxx Guy Giard
