..AND REMEMBER unless you are exhaling then your tongue should be covering the exhale tube. This is because that tube will have a lot of CO2 in it from you exhaling into it. And you do not want it to get in to the mask part where the fresh air comes from. So this is a constant repetition of covering the tube with your tongue when you inhale and moving your tongue away from the tube when you exhale.
