In NY hospitals removed a "questioning" spouse just for Praying at the side of their loved one.
A husband in Missouri was restrained to see his wife for over a month and then they allowed him in as she was just ready to die.
Every hospital is following a Hierarchy of Government Protocol and if they go outside this protocol they will not get funding.
