Dr. Johan Joubert - Who am I (English)

Johan Joubert was a veterinarian in South Africa, he was among the first people who investigated the straw man, legal fiction, ALL CAPS NAME or person issued to a living wo/man, thus becoming the 'individual' or indivisible dual identifying as a CITIZENS aka 'ward of state'; most of his investigation was in the years prior 2010, at that time him and his family lived in the UK, where got a little too nosey for the authorities and subsequently got deported. During that process at lot deception regarding passports and the hidden legal world became evident to him. Whilst being separated from his wife and children, not allowed to re-enter the UK, he placed a commercial lien on the UK treasury, providing enough leverage to reunite him with his family... they all returned back to SA, where he shared his information with a few key people... unfortunately he passed away shortly thereafter, some say under strange circumstances, but that will remain uncertain...
