Anu is a Tibetan music duo who, with this song, had a huge hit not only in Tibet, but across China as well. First released on 19 May 2017.
After listening to the song many, many times, I found a video with English subtitles, but... they were awkward. Though I don't speak Tibetan at all, I took those original subs, assumed they were a fairly literal translation, and smoothed them out to work better for English speakers without (I hope) losing too much of the meaning. The song has several Buddhist references, and the more specific ones I left intact, but the more general ones I altered to just general inspiration so they come across to a non-Buddhist audience.
I own nothing here, I'm merely sharing this amazing song in a way that I hope will help it find a broader audience.
