Higurashi Ch.4 (Pt 4): Neo Learns Several Things About a Meeting Between the Leaders of Hinamizawa

After Akasaka parts ways with Ooshi and one of the other players of their game, who was revealed to be the dam foreman of the Hinamizawa Dam Project, Akasaka goes on a drive with the informant, and during said drive the informant tells Akasaka of a meeting that took place between the Three Families' leaders prior to his arrival in the area. Discussions are had between them regarding their strategies to continue opposing the Dam Project in any way they can, but at some point the topic of the kidnapping of the Construction Minister's grandson is brought up, which Akasaka and Neo find significant because information relating to the kidnapping is supposed to be top secret, so the fact that ANYBODY at this meeting knew about it was highly suspicious.

But that's not the only bit of top secret information that the leaders of Hinamizawa discussed during this meeting. What was brought up next made Neo and Akasaka realize the full scope of just how dangerous it was for them to be in Hinamizawa right then and there...
