Blaze Pizza at UCI - Irvine

For the #ocfoodies episode today I headed over to Blaze #pizza near UCI in #Irvine. We were there for an event and decided to grab a quick bite afterward. Blaze Pizza is a fast-casual pizza spot similar to Pieology or Mod Pizza.

You know the kind, you pick your crust, the sauce, then the toppings and they cook it right away. Blaze cooks it differently than the other spots I've tried. They cook it super fast and I assume it's cooked at a higher temperature.
