How fortunate this lady was that an Ambulance was on the scene when her accident occurred!

Here is what little is known about this tragedy:
Yesterday in Lermontov, Stavropol Territory, an ambulance hit a 69-year-old woman, according to police, she was taken to the hospital with a severe head injury and placed in intensive care. (I wonder if she went by ambulance?

"The ambulance was driven by a 58-year-old local resident who was sober at the time of the accident, has a driving experience of 22 years, and has not been held liable for traffic violations over the past two years," the regional traffic police said.

Held liable? Is that like convicted? "Mr. Crenshaw have you ever been convicted of a felony?"...Convicted? No. Not convicted.

What cracks me up was that he acted like he never knew he hit her or saw her laying there in the street and HE IS IN AN AMBULANCE! I call BS on that one. However we all know the cause of this woman's injury was...COVID!
