In this test I powered one paper bowl with 100,000 volts.
I did single pulses and then multiples like in previous video.
I also made this a wider angle so you can see all I am doing is turning

No ion wind and it works in a vacuum as I have shown in previous test.
Only connection is the positive hot wire, no negative no ground.
Constant acceleration in space in one direction.
Only fuel is electricity.
