In this upload, I thought I’d highlight the fundamental flaws and failures within the running of Manchester United. From the boards transfer decisions, to the overall coaching setup, you are going to hear very frank opinions and facts, that lay out a large chunk of the issues that Man Utd are struggling to pin down.
Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s sacking after the humiliating 4-1 loss Away at Watford, Man Utd are now at a serious cross roads as to whether or not they can address the slide the club has taken since the end of Man Utd’s most secure Era, that being the S.A.F.E. (Sir Alex Ferguson Era).
For sure, once Ed Woodward took over the reigns within the overall decision making, excluding the Glaziers, many loyal long time fans knew that Ed Woodward would not be able to do two things at the same time without making a loss. This being 1. Making Man Utd commercially viable, which he has achieved, despite yearly losses & increased debt. 2. Making sound transfer deals, something which has not materialised.
It is said that Ed Woodward will be leaving his post (Executive Vice President) at the end of the 2021/22 Season. However, should Man Utd fail to secure an interim/permanent manager before Christmas, then it may be possible that Ed Woodward may stay on at the end of the season to help appoint a permanent manager.
To help rebuild the foundations within the team, ideally starting with a defence overall (not including Varane), Man Utd will have to sell all the sell outs who are either not good enough for the club, or unwilling to do the really hard and tough stuff to actually compete again amongst the best clubs in the world.
