How intelligent agencies operators/contractors run Targeted individuals' lives with sleep deprivation and 24/7 torture and destroy their days, personal, social, work and financial lives as well as their health

The psychopaths have a mission and goal to achieve. The mission is to corrupt victim’s days from start to finish and that is achieved militantly with sleep deprivation,24/7 torture, and personality break.

We can start we sleep deprivation:
Psychopaths do not allow the victim to have restful and enough sleep, so he would be tired during the day, does not think right, and can be easily manipulated with remote torture.
That can be achieved with frequent awakening, sleeping under torture from exhaustion not from being sleepy, and continuation of the torture while the victim is sleeping.

This is an example of frequent awakening: psychopaths wake up the target: at 5 am, 6 am, 7 30 am, 9 am, and 10 am to remind him of the possible jobs they could have him take. With every awakening, the criminals send beams to ugly birds in the sky close to the target to sound an intimidating sound to terrorize the victim.

Now the 24/7 torture:
In general, the electronic torture goes on 24/7 .it increases when the victim is at home, and becomes extreme before sleep time to exhaust the victim to sleep and could be maintained during sleep if the goal is to have the victim tired and exhausted the next day or when the victim is under close attention.

Torture can take many forms:
1-To bother the victim while working on something: pins attacking the skin on the back while the victim is working on his computer to bother him.
2-To cause the victim to stop what he is doing: heavy burning needles on the feet to try to stop the victim from doing something.
3-to cause maximum pain to push the victim into an accident or to immediately force the victim to stop what he is doing: attacks on the genital, the testicles are frequently used to induce maximum pain to force the victim to stop what he is doing or to cause a car accident by making victim lose control of the vehicle in traffic, at a red light or on the highway.

The rate and intensity of these criminal activities are adjusted according to:
1-Until the victim does something the psychopaths want him to do against his will.
2-whether there is a future scheduled activity (travel, court case, etc..). In this case, the criminal activities could be increased tremendously a week or a month in advance Depending on the importance of the event to make him exhausted.
3-the level of functioning the previous day (torture increase along with sleep deprivation if the victim is functioning well to keep him home the next day as he cannot function well with not enough energy).
