Citizens Serve Intent for Criminal Charges Against New Brighton School District

Jay DeLuca presented Documents to the New Brighton School District School Board.

We (concerned citizens of New Brighton) are putting you (New Brighton School Board) on notice that we will be notifying local law enforcement officials (and your insurance carrier) and demanding they investigation and enforce the state, federal and international laws that are being violated by the New Brighton Area School District administration and School Board collectively referred to as the “Board”. The rights of the children and parents of these children have been violated for the past two years. The Board has continued to ignore requests to stop violating these rights. Within the documents presented is a list of violations to state and Federal statutes and international law that protect children.
