Make sure you wear headphones while listening to the music. I'm comparing the music from the real genesis with the music from the two emulated versions for the xbox 360.

The first one you will here will be from the real genesis and at 2:25 you will hear the music from the Sonic genesis collection and at 5:37 you will hear the vintage collection version of the music.

The music in the vintage collection just sounds awful even though the game looks better with the emulation than what the Sonic collection does

I will say right now the music in SoR2 sounds terrible compared to the real genesis in both of these collections but if you want to hear a comparison for it and SoR 3 let me know and which tracks you want to hear.

I'm also going to do the same thing with Shinobi 3 but I don't have the collection that was made for the current consoles to compare with.
