Skill power builds in The Division 2 are buggy and finicky at best, but they offer huge player support in team play. In this video, Syb highlights some of the AOE and healing capabilities of this build and demonstrates how to push 7000-10000 skill power to use the current mods for skills. (There may be changes coming with the release of new patches and World Tier 5, coming April 5.) Note that skill mods (and therefore their power) are completely unaffected in normalized PvP and are not recommended for that purpose. They are also not good for solo content.
