TWO YOUTUBERS CALL ME OUT

Here's the problem: The "Supreme Law of the Land" is SUPPOSEDLY the Constitution. Period. EVERY public "official" swears to uphold this "LAW OF THE LAND."

The Disconnect Channel says, "The Supreme Court has RULED that an officer CAN have the occupants of a vehicle to step out for their "safety" and that this action is NOT a violation of the vehicle occupant's rights." and that I gave "INCORRECT LEGAL ADVICE to hundreds of thousands of people."

If we're just going to talk about "laws," the 4th amendment says what it says. In the case Pennsylvania v. Mimms the lower court ruled against Mimms but the Pennsylvania State Supreme court ruled in his favor on 4th amendment grounds. (this, according to the Constitution was the CORRECT decision...because the 4th amendment says what it says and means what it says). The U.S. FEDERAL Supreme court, violated not only the 4th amendment and the 10th amendment but also Harry Mimm's 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms. The Supreme Court is NOT the law of the land. The Constitution is, by their own admission. The Supreme Court VIOLATED their oath by passing an unconstitutional law on the grounds of "officer safety."

The only people who are wrong about this are those who don't wanna take the BILL of RIGHTS at face value.

And THIS is why I always say that the Constitution and ALL man-made laws are WORTHLESS. Those in power will make any "rule" they want so they can control you. So I disagree with The Disconnect Channel and SJVT channel. Just because the "U.S. FEDERAL Supreme Court says it's okay for a cop to demand that you step out of your vehicle...does NOT make it right...and certainly doesn't make it "legal" by Constitutional standards.

Is it a good idea for you to comply with power-tripping, badged psychopaths who think they have the moral right to boss you around? Probably is. But this DOESN'T make it right. And "legality" almost NEVER ..
