HCQ given to critically ill hospital patients is destined to fail. The Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine were forced to retract their faulty HCQ studies, and the JAMA study investigating the administration of dangerously high doses of HCQ was also improperly vetted. HCQ has been approved by the FDA for 40 years. There was no talk of heart risk until Donald Trump championed it for Covid-19.
