Warming up Green Soup to drink #rheumatoid #psoriaticarthritis #wahls #autoimmunepaleo

This is Part 2 of the Green Soup videos. I show how it looks on a regular day preparing my fiber-rich microbiome remission soup for entry into the temple (i.e. pie hole:). I take the "hockey pucks" out of the freezer or pour from fresh quart jar. To make it easy, just add water and warm it up (no microwaves, please). To make it more tasty and nutrient-dense, add a little bone broth, lime juice, coconut milk, salt and brain octane (or MCT oil). It can be sipped warm slowly throughout the day from a yeti (thermos that keeps the heat in). This is great for people who get too cold when they drink raw juice (like celery/cucumber juice). This particular green soup was made out of asparagus, zucchini, celery and parsley (a version of #Bielersbroth). It works good for stubborn autoimmune inflammation because it feeds the good bacteria like akkermansia muciniphila to help restore mucus lining and seal leaky gut. One more thing, no goitrogens, so it does not inhibit thyroid! The taste is excellent and helps with ketosis in the morning if you use MCT oil.
