Dear Governor DeSantis,
Enclosed please find a book authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth regarding the Death of America’s
Little Girl, Haleigh Cummings.
Also Enclosed is the fraudulently obtained Florida Court order obtained from a Family Court, from the
Attorney in which the book was written about. Your District Court, family courts, is issuing court orders,
on forms, that have been found by the Supreme Court to be unlawful. The Jump drive also goes into
great detail about this. I gave a firm, based out of Florida, E’Clause LLC, Timothy’s Court Case to
investigate. The case of Timothy Charles Holmseth, who has never met this attorney, Kim L. Picazio, nor
has he ever been to your state, the authorization by Power of Attorney from Timothy, to do this. Kim
Picazio obtained a court order out of Broward County Family Court, against my reporter. This attorney,
nor anyone named in this book, has ever sued the publication, nor Timothy Holmseth personally for
slander or libel. This book was written in 2009.
Chris Hallett, recently murdered in your state, from E’Clause LLC did do the investigation and filed into
the courts not only information regarding Timothy’s case, but one too of a Miss Neely Blanchard, who is
on trial for the murder of Chris Hallett in your state out of Ocala. Once Filed by Chris and E’Clause, LLC
that filing has now disappeared from your states/federal court records. Chris Hallett before his murder,
sent me a receipt of this filing. I have once again, hired another attorney from your state, a Charles
Baron, who too has confirmed to me, that the filings have “disappeared”. Now, being a publisher and
Florida Broker, I have yet to ever hear of a filing into the state/federal court system to “disappear”.
Attached is a copy of the receipt.
Chris Hallett and his actual agent, Kirk Pendergrass who did the audit based out of not only Florida, but
in Minnesota. Why Minnesota, because Kim L. Picazio herself sent this fraudulent court order directly to
the City of East Grand Forks, where the reporter lives, and had the City Attorney prosecute Timothy,
criminally. Now how, she by passed the lawful due process in Florida, is beyond me, since the State of
Attorney General’s Office out of Florida, told her No, in writing, and refused to process it outside the
State of Florida. Kim Picazio, paid a Minnesota sheriff’s Deputy to not only do the service on Timothy,
but to start the process to charge him with “stalking”. The funny part about this, The City of East Grand Forks PD, told Attorney Kim Picazio, that if she does
not like what Timothy wrote or what he published, she should go to a “CIVIL” court, to get the case

Florida Attorney Kim Picazio, not only wants this book not published, but not distributed, thus the
reason for her to bypass the process of the Attorney Generals Office. I have distributed this book, not
only to President Trump, but also to his wife, Melania Trump, the Pentagon, Spaceforce, the Military
CID, Attorney L. Lin Wood, and now to your office. The reason, this is of urgent importance, because
this involves International Child Trafficking. We created a task force with the evidence of Timothy’s
regarding this attorney and found it so creditable, that Chris Hallett also filed with this audit, Federal
Arrest Warrants with this receipt. Federal Arrest Warrants, that have now disappeared in your state.
As a publisher, and this going on for over 13 years for Timothy, and now for myself this past 4 years, I
am found not only picking up where Timothy left off in this, of great importance, because of the Criminal
Activities currently going on in State of Florida, thru your Court Systems, for him to receive justice from
this case, but it has warped into other states and other Military Generals hands thru out the Country.
I know this is of great concern to not only Timothy, but now for me, because not only did the FBI act on
this information in 2009, but then it was hushed back then as well. (We believe Mike Pence had this
hushed with Pam Bondi)
I am going to enclose for your records, as much as I can regarding this case and this attorney and judges
from his case to you, because I feel the restitution to my investigative reporter is going to be also of
great importance.
Please note, since I picked up this where Timothy’s case is concerned, This you will also find interesting,
L. Lin Wood, Attorney at Law, Georgia tweeted Timothy’s original article of this America’s little girl, and
his whole life has now turned to hell as well. I have since, given Atty Lin Wood a copy of this book in
recent days, delivered it to his home along with a jump drive with some of the information on it as well.
