Needing inspiration and fun, I have been opening blind bags with my fellow creator, Daze, on our channel Blind Bag Hags. We’ve made it a rule, or more of a guideline really, to create something out of duplicates we get.
This is the first duplicate I used for that task. I decided to make a sculpture since the Doorables figures fit perfectly in my favored sculpting size range. It has been quite a while since I’ve sculpted with intent like this, and it’s nothing like riding a bike. I edited quite a bit out as there were a lot try, try, and try some more attempts and nothing but kneading the clay.
I did enjoy making both Stitch and this video. I am learning, relearning and remembering how to do things. I intend on making more videos like this so please stop back by to see if I am improving. I am having issues with rendering out audio, and I would like to get a better mic one day. But hey, the video rendered at least! Seventh times a charm.
