Post-911 & Covid-19 - How Overreactions Increase Oppression - An Episode Doomed To Be Shadow-Banned

Today, a comparison & opinion from someone who watched both the events after 9/11 and the events of the pandemic while being most concerned about one aspect: how people and governments over-react to psychologically powerful events in ways that ultimately do more harm than the actual event while also removing more rights. In the meantime providing little actual security in exchange for a “new normal”. Such occurrences are NOT an organized conspiracy; they're simply groupthink and hysteria combined with a government that is too big on a mass scale and it's important not to be distracted by conspiracies in order to to deal with it.
