100g (1/2 cup) butter, softened
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
250g (1 cup) sourdough discard
180g (1.5 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
