With the H3H3 DRAMA ramping up, I figured it’s the best time to cover why I wasn’t the biggest fan of his channel, and it was always the weak moral arguments that always rubbed me the wrong way. Whether it was getting mad about PewDiePie saying the gamer word, being friends with and platforming a lunatic utopian like Internet Comment Etiquette, or overall trying to police behavior online, these actions made me pull away from the affable persona that ran a really popular YouTube channel. This also goes against the Wild West “rules” that the internet itself was founded on, which is made even worse when the person making arguments in favor of morality isn’t even a morally good person.
