As predicted, California has now written into law that it must give health benefits to low-income adults aged 25 or younger, even if they are illegally in the United States. This will cover about 90,000 people and cost taxpayers $98 million. Some taxpayers can't even afford healthcare yet illegal aliens are getting it for "free."
